Strategy & Planning: Using the data and information gathered during the assessment, and applying our expertise in the field, Cistern then partners in developing the strategy and roadmap for implementation.
Implementation: Cistern manages the implementation and the entire change process, which may include such items as training development and delivery, issue resolution, communications, and more.
Transition of Tools & Management: To ensure the long-term sustainability of the implemented changes, Cistern ensures that company personnel can effectively manage their new roles and/or tools prior to project completion.
